People. stupid people

hey there, its me again. I'm sure you're sick of hearing from me today but I need somewhere to vent anger and what not. So here it is :]

Ahhhh rumours. They can tell you things you never even knew about yourself. Wonderful isn't it? Well, I heard a very nasty rumour about yours truly today, and needless to say I was not happy. At all.
I mean, I wasn't just unhappy because it was completely untrue, but it was also that everyone continued to ask me about it, and everyone seemed convinced that it was the truth. It was all a bit ridiculous to be honest, and stupid rumours have a habit of spreading till they're so far from what the original version was that its difficult to recognise it.
But, being me, it didn't bother me vast amounts, so I took it into my stride, politely denied it when anyone asked, and laughed along with all of their jokes. Can't let them show it bothers you, or they'll twist it and think the worst.


Another thing to. When you get ignored. Possibly, the most horrible thing ever. Now, a good friend of mine, who I share a lot of history with, totally out of the blue decided not to talk to me anymore. I mean, I see him on a fairly regular basis, and he's making things awkward here for the both of us. But I cannot fathom why he would do this. I convinced myself he was probably going through a phase or something, but after being completely shut out, apart from the odd angry glance when I accidentally on purpose stood on his foot, for two hours while we were out at a youth group together, I think it's more than that. I mean, he didn't say hello, or even use my name for gods sake. And then a person who we are both friends with, won't talk to me either, because he is big headed and imagines he has the world figured out, therefore placing everything I said to him in little categories in his head and then refusing to talk to me.
I honestly can't believe it sometimes :L

First blog, and already I have so much to say :'). I should probably start with formspring first, seeing as thats what I wanted to talk about today.

Right, first off, people get formspring so they get left comments/questions by people, who may choose to leave it anonymously. So why does everyone get so annoyed when people don't leave their names?
I can understand that maybe people leaving the abuse on the formspring are chickens for not posting their name, but I could hardly imagine many people doing so, seeing some of what is posted. The reason so many people enjoy formspring is BECAUSE you can do this, and you do have the option of not letting people post anonymously.
And then, by getting formspring, aren't you asking to get this abuse? I mean, I doubt the original purpose of this site was anonymous cyber bullying, but that's what people use it for, so if you can't handle take some of the abuse as others can, why get it? And again, you don't have to answer every question posted to you, you can delete them .
I'm not saying in any way that any of this abuse is right, but maybe you should think twice before signing up to formspring.
